This month was full of great times spent with friends and family. It flew by!
-I officially waved "bye-bye" to Daddy on first day of the month. He was thrilled!
-Sometimes I will say "b" while waving "bye-bye".
-I am shy around strangers, but after a moment of hesitation I will willingly go to anyone. Sometimes I will reach out for a moment then turn and hide my face. I quickly turn back around and smile. Daddy and Mommy say I am a tease!
-I help out while getting dressed - I push my arms through my shirts and patiently wait while Mommy puts on my socks. I do not like to put on pants or shoes though!
-I also do not like the changing table or having my diaper changed. Unless you have a really good distraction, I am going to object with a scream.
-I LOVE the bath! As soon as I hear the water running, I squeal and race to the tub. I love to peer over the edge and watch the water. If Daddy and Mommy aren't fast enough at taking my clothes off, I will wiggle and beg for them to hurry up!
-I also LOVE to read! I like to take all of my books out of their basket, turn the pages, and smile at them. I like it even better when someone reads a story aloud to me. Turning the pages and pointing at the pictures are my favorite parts!

-My crawling has evolved to using one knee and one foot to give myself traction on the wood floors. I am much faster this way.
-I love to clap, especially when others around me are clapping (and even when the audience on Oprah claps!).
-This month I learned to pull myself up to a standing position, and I started creeping along the couch, my crib, and in the bath (and everywhere else possible).
-I am now eating three meals a day - about 50% pureed/50%finger foods. I also drink approximately four 6-ounce bottles.
-Some of the finger foods I enjoy are: chunks of banana, grapes (quartered), banana french toast, peaches, tangerine Cuties, apple, cheddar cheese, mozzarella, yam fries, and bagels with cream cheese.
-Avocado and banana are still my favorite foods. I like them even more as finger foods!
-I love to drink water from my sippy cup, and I also love to spit it out as a game.
-My third tooth came in, and the fourth is on it's way!

I also LOVE the swings! Thank you for pushing me, Grandma.
This is why I now take nightly baths.
The minute I hear the water, I high-tail it for the tub... my favorite place!
I like to help Mommy empty the dishwasher... even when she's filling it :)
Paityn, Sawyer, and Kwyn helped to wake me from my nap. We had so much fun playing in Kwyn's crib!
