Dear ReecerBoy,
Dad and I are so grateful for the time we have spent with you all to ourselves. We are amazed at how slowly and just how quickly the past 18 months have gone by. Some days felt like they would never end, and others flew by way too fast. Through this time together you have changed us. You have given us a better understanding of God's unconditional love for us and challenged us to love you and others better than we ever thought possible. You have also stretched us in ways only love can bear!
Our world together is about to change. Your new baby sister is sure to challenge and stretch you the same way you have us. Our hope and prayer is that you will learn to love this change (eventually... for we know that you are a creature of habit!). We are here to guide you through your little life's first challenge. One that will gain you a better understanding of love, giving, and sharing.
Reece, your sister will be blessed to have you as a big brother, just as we are so blessed to have you.
